Review:
The plot tells us a story of a guy who gets teleported to the fantasy RPG world and has the power to stop time with a press of a button. I found it interesting from the perspective of a long-time gamer.
Unfortunately I’m a bit disappointed with the main protagonist. He’s a big pervert, but it’s not a problem for me. The problem is how he’s portrayed. He’s straight up using his power of “time stopping” to look under the skirts of girls, when there was an opportunity to have more comedy feeling to it.
Getting back to a gamer perspective, to stop time he’s using a controller similar to Famicom* , it just doesn't have any cable attached, plus it has more buttons. There are few references to popular games/games characters** in addition to more subtle ones. You can't not mention the timer that our “hero” is seeing, it's ticking down and we don't exactly know what will happen when it reaches zero, our protagonist it's trying to figure it out and pretty fast comes to conclusions.
The manga is full of fan service, but the art style in my opinion is just ok. It has potential, but it’s definitely not for everyone. Personally my favorite parts are when our “hero” is using the pause button to fight with monsters. My rating is 3 out of 5 stars.
